Sometimes we forget about the small business in the community. Slightly hidden behind the shops, if you don’t use Teviot Road you may not realise the shop is here. The prices are competitive.They have a large range of general hardware items plus, fish, birds, and pet accessories.

Spent thousands of dollars here however first time today asked to pay for pool test as water was perfect except for acid which I had bought previously. This is because I spent $80 last visit on chemicals. Won’t be back. $5 charge cost you $$$$$$ in future sales.

very poor experience. Just walked out of this business, the 2 people behind the counter just kept talking between themselves and were more interested in their conversation rather than cutomers.

I come here often to support local business, but sometimes leave empty handed. Not their fault as you can't expect them to stock everything.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Agree with Helens comment below 100%... all these people care about is money and once you leave the store they don't want to know you. So much for valuing your customers. Do yourself a favour and don't support this local business.

Went in over the weekend for the first time and I Love this store, staff are very friendly and their animals are awesome. The ladies ring neck parrots were a charm.

My husband was advised by sales (mature lady)Friday 12/8/22 to use chlorine tablets to get rid of black spots in our pool..I am sharing some pictures of the outcome.Please help!!!.she obiously shouldn't be giving advice to customers. Black Staines everywhere on the pool floor.
