Easy to sign up, app can be a little complex to navigate. Communication via phone is difficult ( if you would like to speak to a person directly) it rings out or states “office is closed” despite calling within business hours stated on google. Emailing turn around takes a few days. Although, my investments are doing well I worry investing more in future as a result of the poor communication issues.
