Not sure how this place gets even close to 5 stars, maybe only when they offer free promotions. Unfriendly, rushed service, nails done so thick you can't use your fingers, talking in their own language to each other, no personal touch, just a get in, pay and get out.Second attempt at service, again unfriendly, like I was a bother to want my nails done, ended up going elsewhere. Would not recommend, found much better elsewhere in town.

I booked to have nails and toes done for a recent wedding we attended in Echuca. 4 weeks later, my toes are still perfect, and my nails have just had to be done only because they had grown out. Friendly and efficient. The morning I went the lady was working by herself with the assistance of her gorgeous son, who was a dynamo and such a great help to his mum. Thanks

AMAZING customer service. Very friendly, offers you a drink on arrival, honest with wait times and if they can fit you in. Very clean and most pleasant nail place I have been to in a long time. Highly recommend.

I took my daughters here. Also got my feet done while I waited. The staff are all friendly and took really great care of us all. The shop is clean and fresh. The chair gave me a massage while I was getting my feet done. We even got a free soft drink each. Excellent service all round. I can totally recommend this business. In Pakenham street opposite Kmart.

Amazing service, made to feel very welcome. Offered a drink on arrival which is very much appreciated. Pedicure was beautiful and relaxing. The service wasn't rushed and the shellac lasted the longest time . Very happy.
