I had acrylics and eyebrow wax. The acrylics were very poorly done, there was bumps and the acrylic application, not very professional at all. For the amount of money that I paid it wasn't worth it, won't be going back there again thats for sure. A waste of money

Been here once before for a eyebrow wax which was good. Went back again for another wax and the beauty therapist mentioned I had dark beauty spots on my face, which is true. She mentions she can remove them, I politely decline explaining that I like them. She tries again to upsell to me for removal and she says because they are not attractive". I am aware she is only trying to get me to buy another service but when a customer politely declines

Had my nails done here and despite letting them dry, an hour and a half later I pulled something out of my bag and the polish wrinkled on my nail. Very dissatisfied with the manicure and pedicure. The shape was fine but no moisturiser applied so my skin was really dry. The pedicure was really rushed and I still had callouses on my big toes and flaky dead skin on my soles. I had to go elsewhere to have the dead skin removed from my feet as the salon worker refused to do it. Go here if you want a half done job and look forward to going home and finishing the job yourself after paying someone who should have done it right in the first place.

My 10 year old had her ears pierced here. She wanted her ears pierced but was still very nervous. The ladies where so lovely, calming and patient. We both left impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone Getting their ears pierced for the first time!

I got a second ear piercing. Took 6 months to heal and they are completely lop sided and now have to wait till they heal so I can get them repierced. Very disappointed.

The lady pierced my daughter's ears without applying numbing cream despite discussing how anxious she felt about the whole procedure. Went to the chemist immediately afterwards to help manage her pain and was told they should have applied numbing cream ten minutes before piercing. I purchased a tube but damage was done. Sore, red, painful ear lobes on an 8 year old who is generally not a winger. If you are going there for piercings-please insist on applying a numbing cream before hand and buy your own if u have to do so.

I came with my mum to treat her to a manicure and pedicure for a Christmas present. Worst manicure and pedicure experience. They left sooooo much dead skin on my mother's feet and when she asked them to fix it they refused. They actually told her to go home and do it herself. Poor mum was assaulted in a home burglary and can't bend and there's no way she can do her feet at home. I paid for a service and it wasn't delivered. Disgusting. Absolute ripoff going to this place. There are plenty of places in the area offering a much better service. Avoid this place like covid.

I get My eyebrows done here and I actually travel 40mins just to go here they do a great job and iv had my nails done here they did them amazing thank you lady's fantastic customer service

I came for a manicure and pedicure. 50 minutes after nail polish finished all nails smudged. I have problem feet and after the pedicure I asked if they could readdress and remove the dead hard skin. No"! was their response as my feet would bleed. I have had a lot of pedicures and even shaving the skin it does not bleed - it's dead skin and thick. The whole reason of a pedicure is to address dead skin and the nails. Still "no" and they don't shave the skin. I was handed a 'scourer' and told to go home and bathe my feet and scrape off the dead skin cells. Hello!!! Why am I here??? Why are you taking my money if you won't deliver a service? I am paying you good money for a manicure and pedicure - not to take home a DYI and do my feet at home. I have a bad back and can't bend - hence I pay for a pedicure!!! The massage chair wan't put on for me so I had to work out the controls and do it myself. No moisturiser applied to my hands or feet so skin was super dry after treatment. WORST manicure and pedicure EVER!!! Never going back and not recommending to anyone. What a ripoff!!!"

I had two piercings today. I didn't make an appointment and had to call for directions.The lady was completely patient with me being lost and while I spent ages choosing the locations and jewellery for the piercing.The service was unhurried and pleasant all the way through
