First review I’ve ever done on social media but I was so impressed with the service and professionalism I felt compelled to do so. I broke my phone after hours and called EzyFix to see if they could repair it as I was unable to visit the shop during work hours. Fern was most obliging and offered to meet me at the premises at 6:30pm. My phone was fixed in under 15 minutes. I was very appreciative and insisted on giving Fern a tip but she declined my offer. Pricing was very reasonable as well. A great local business and one of the benefits of living in regional Victoria. We’re lucky to have small, local businesses like EzyFix Phone Repair.

I spent $150 repairing an iPhone 5Including new screen, new battery, charger port and screen protector.I thought and hoped I was being looked after. The lady assured me the battery was genuine, I asked her twice.The battery failed a month later. In addition the battery was not properly secured in the phone, I could hear it moving. Unfortunately I was back in Melbourne and had to get the battery replaced elsewhere. I spoke to the lady and she kept insisting she would replace the battery if I brought it back to the shop, she seemed unable to grasp that this was not practical. I requested a partial refund she was not open to this.3 months later, back in UK where I live currently, the screen failed. Certain parts of the screen not responsive to touch.Very disappointing results, and frustrating communication after the apparent initial good service.

Terrible experience had to get my LCD replaced twice first because I smashed my screen, second because the LCD gets easily hot and starts to glitch out, they replaced it again with the same screen seems like they didn’t even change it over, which burnt itself out, took it to another place which I left a review, you can see on my account, he then told me they left 7 screws out and had tape holding down some parts, the lady there also told me I sat on my screen which is not something you should tell your customer, also took it in and didn’t understand what my mother was trying to tell her and insisted on fixing the screen saver when that wasn’t the problem.Recommended staying far away from this place all cheap parts and charge more then better experienced and serviced phone fixing places around Warragul.Will be asking for a partial refund for the poor handling of my phone and bad customer service and help.

This lady is the absolute best I have ever come across for phone repair. Nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend high enough

Smashed my iphone7 screen and needed a replacement was able to get it fixed here same day for an affordable price, friendly service too.

Bought an iPhone 8 here a couple of weeks ago and I can honestly say don't buy second hand phones from this place! After using the phone for a week it's obvious the screen has been replaced with a low quality display - colours are washed out with a low refresh rate and visible bright spots on the screen. The NFC chip doesn't work at all meaning I can't use contactless for tap-and-go payments with my debit card or Afterpay transactions. Really disappointed with this phone - can't wait to get my android phone repaired! At least the battery was replaced as battery health shows 100%.Also the girl working there needs to work on her customer service skills as it felt like I was rushed to hurry up and leave the store and only offered a receipt after requesting it! Bottom line don't buy refurbished iPhones from here.
