Okami Japanese Restaurant
Second franchise I’ve been to. Overall, great service and super friendly staff. Would be good if there’s more variety of food choices. 1 star lost due to ordered a dish and wanting 4 serves couple of times but came with only 2 serves or not the right amount of serve I’ve ordered. Will recommend to other friends and family.

Went to Okami for the 2nd time today. Was honestly a bit disappointed:There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, however one staff member spilt beer all over me and just walked off. Wasn't even offered napkins, had to clean the mess up by myself and expected better seeing as Okami is generally a nice place.

New place that took over the old Gold Fish restaurant. We were very exciting that a Japanese buffet was opening up in our local area. We decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Everything tasted amazing and was very freshly made. They had a good selection on their menu.We absolutely loved their home-made black sesame and green tea ice creams. One bite and you can taste all the flavours of black sesame and green tea. You can definitely tell they had been home-made.We will definitely be heading back there many more times.

The experience was a great time and my whole family enjoyed the dinner. Thankyou for making everyone's night. It made my birthday one to remember. The staff were so friendly and polite. Everything was wonderful

Had a birthday booked weeks in advance. Made an adjustment (2 more people) a few days before. They cancelled the booking. We turned up (not realising they cancelled.I guess if you go to a strip mall, expect stripe mall service.

Great value for money. Attended 1pm lunch session on a Sunday. We explained that we hadn't been to Okami before and we were given a wonderful run-thru of how to order.Great service too. Food was very nice. Ice creams are delicious especially matcha and vanilla. Fried rice is yummo. We will come again.

What an experience. You wouldn't usually associate all you can eat" with Japanese food but Oh My Lord what a blessingHighly recommend this as far as value for money goes you can't get any betterThe food is freshly cooked to order and is absolutely delicious. I'm coming back soon as I can absolutely phenomenal placeI can't believe it took me so long to get this placeAll the food was top notch. Funny that fried rice is not quintessential Japanese but the fried rice here was fantasticTake your whole family you won't regret it !"

All you can eat for $40.Very friendly service, all the staff were kind and happy to assist with questions or requests.The food was tasty, and there was great variety for everyone. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu; agedashi tofu, edamame, vegetable dumplings, and more.The restaurant is starting to look a little dated, but the staff and food make up for it.

Been here a few times now, quality can vary but have settled on a 3/5. Seems like a high paced all you can eat, especially for the price, you can't go wrong. Some of these other reviews just make no sense, what are you expecting for a $35 all you can eat? That is also pumping our 100's of online orders.I agree some of the dishes are hit and miss, but are still very much edible. Some came out with a lot of sauce than necessary. Flavours are a little dull, but honestly if you are treating this like a buffet like I did, these just fly past and you already have your next dish.I will be trying out other Okami places to see if quality varies from place to place.

It was my first time eating there and I can guarantee is one of the best Japanese restaurant I ever ate , is on my top list for sure!The quality of everything was fantastic, the food was fresh and delicious, sashimi and sushi was delicious! They provided highchair, plates and cutlery for my 2yo daughter (is hard to find a restaurant who have plate and cutlery for kids).The service was amazing,$39.80 per adult and water is included! Highly recommend
