Amanda Dolzer is my real estate agent at Harcourt Craigieburn. She is amazing to deal with. She listens to our needs and answers all of our questions with detail. This is my first time moving out and I was super stressed out but Amanda made the transition really easy. Amanda is super professional and efficient and I wouldn't want another agent!

This agency has been nothing but a disappointment from the outset. They are careless and do not have high attention to detail. I would not trust them again, not to sell or lease. A terrible experience with leasing and do not recommend.

Warning. Do not rent a property from this placr. Extremely spiteful staff. If you dont agree with them they will endeavour to make youre life hell. They seem to invent non existent expenses and there complaints system is corrupt. Unprofessional and treat people with absolute evil disregard. Do not rent from these people as you will suffer

Harcourts Hume (Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park) is the most unprofessional real estate agency in Victoria if not in all of Australia!They have Zero customer service skills, terrible attitude and usually lie, lie and lie!Do NOT trust them with any real estate business, the property manager is rude and unprofessional with terrible attitude. She knows who I'm talking about. She doesn't know in which suburb she is managing my property!They don't answer calls, but may get back to you a day or more later if you're lucky. I am the most disappointed landlord with their services (or lack of it)
