Compared to other place like HN these guys are expensive. The sales people were friendly (Mark) in white goods in particular but that experience was let down by the sour young lady at the checkout. JB is by far a better store and would've gone there but they didn't have the washing machine we wanted in stock.

When you get there park and walk up to the dock. They take a picture of your receipt. They go of to get your goods then you can back your car in. They'll happily help with putting it in the car.

I ordered and paid for my purchase online. I chose online as I did my research first, when I go instore sales people don't listen to what I want they sell you what they want. Order was ready for pick-up about 30 minutes after payment
