Northward Regal Dog and Cat Accommodation

Unfortunately my dog stayed here for 4 days and came back filthy dirty, eyes filled with muck, but worst of all stinking of urine, as did the dog coat and blanket I had provided. Who would let a dog sleep in urine for that long and not at least wipe them down? And to put a dirty urine soaked dog coat back on the dog? So gross, makes me wonder if they clean the kennels/beds at all...never again, now I know why it was cheap.

They are brilliant with the animals. Priceare very reasonable
