Went in to get some new shoes the manager was so rude the worst customer service experience I've ever had needless to say they lost about 300 as I walked straight out put in a big complaint she really should be fired how she is a manager I'll never know rude and wouldn't even walk the few steps to look for a different shoe size out the back asked another sales person to do it sour extension on her face the whole time how she got a job in the first place in any customer service position is a mystery to me

I bought a pair of shoes here for the first time, I was greeted by Braeden, super friendly and helpful staff member, this is what customer service is all about. I recommend going here for the simple fact Brayden's customer service was absolutely amazing! Give this man a pay rise JD

Was refused to allow to buy the shoe because they only allowed 1 shoe per group. I have never heard of that policy before even in limited drops, and on top of that the employee was openly being antagonistic towards my friends and I. JD customer service has always been terrible but I guess news standards are set everyday. Would not recommend, go footlocker instead :). At least they sell you a shoe.

I’m never been one to complain or leave reviews because I think it’s a waste of time. But I have to admit that I get negative vibes from the staff at this store which is rather disappointing because I really like their products.Been into this store a couple times and have had relatively the same experience where there seems to be a multitude of staff but they never really seem to be doing anything except for talking. Don’t get a hello or acknowledged as I enter, even where there is staff right by the entrance.Today when I was there, there were about 3 customers including myself and about 6 staff that I happened to see, so not busy at all. Not one staff member greeted me, whilst 3 of them were stood again right by the entrance talking with one another. As I made my way through the store not a single staff member approached me. Now, I don’t like to be hounded by staff but I also don’t like feeling uncomfortable and anxious asking for assistance because I’m interrupting a conversation between staff members. I feel like because of the nature of the laidback/ “cool” company, and more specifically the staff at this store, there is a lack of professionalism or basic decency to simply be approachable which is the basis of all retail jobs. There’s a difference between going about your job, saying hello to customers and still being chatty with co-workers whilst being busy, and simply not giving basic service because your too busy talking to care about your customers. to blatantly not acknowledge customers when the store has more workers than customers present, it just doesn’t sit well with me and I don’t want to give my time, energy or money to a store like this.

All I wanted was to buy a pair of Jordan's and they treated me like i was trying to steal shoes made me feel very uncomfortable Absolutely Pathetic Costumer Service i have ever experienced...

Customer service needs improvement. Been here a few times this year and every time haven't been served for ages, and then when you finally do get served you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to find the shoes out the back (close to 40 mins today for them to find the shoes). They're also pretty rude. Probably stressed because they are so disorganised, but don't take it out on the customers.

Worst store for customer service ! Every time we go in there no one says hi or even helps , today we went in there 4 times as we really wanted a pair of shoes it took the 4th time for someone to actually attend to us .

Today I went into this shop, I have purchased many shoes from other JD stores around Australia but every time I go to this one I am basically ignored! Maybe it’s the 50 something year old guy that puts the young people off but I stood there with a $240 pair of shoes in my hands for a good 5 minutes waiting to get a size to try on, only to watch every sales person walk past me to the next pretty young person and ask if they needed help!!!! What the absolute F&@k??? Even when I approached a sales rep and told him of my disappointment he grinned at me, I don’t want to make a scene or to be “that guy “ so I just walked out and will look to see if someone else does the same shoe and maybe wants my $$$. Lift your game team you are a long way off!

Not recommending this store at all.There should be more branches of JD store in Adelaide.I bought shoes for my father, but when he wear It didn’t fit.I came back to shop to return it.And I gave the pair of shoe before shopping other things and explain briefly that it doesn’t fit so we are here to return it and buy something else.We spend almost an hour 10 minutes to shop other things when time comes to pay the bill then she said we are not taking your pair of shoe back Bcz it’s used. I told her that he wear for an hour but he wasn’t comfortable that is by we are returning it and she argued with me and told me “will you wear a pair of shoes which is worn by someone.” That is so rude. I totally understand that what she was trying to say but there should be a polite way to tell the customer.And she wasted our more than one hour she should check shoes in the beginning when I gave the pair of shoe. So we didn’t waste our time to shop something instead of returning shoe. So disgusting service.Will never come to this shop again.

really lovely people and great service! really cool selection of shoes and socks too!! very friendly people at the front counter! left feeling very happy!
