Big thank you to the team at All Clear Pools, with some expert advice and supplied products my Black Spot issue in the pool is completely resolved within 12hrs! The owner Cindy and the crew provided the best customer service I have experienced from anyone in a long time. I rang up at midday to ask for a price on a new chlorinator. They gave me the best price by far and then sent out a technician late that afternoon who didn’t leave my house till 730pm at night after driving two hours to get to the job. These guys are committed and genuine. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them high enough!!

New pool ownership can be daunting and after initially being mislead by some other pool shops I happily came across Cindy and the team at All Clear Pool and Spa Supplies.The advice and guidance I received has been second to none and has allowed me to quickly become confident in pool maintenance.I would recommend to anymore whether new to pool ownership or a seasoned owner for honest advice without the typical push “upsell”

I went in earlier this week having just bought a spa and so not knowing which pool shop to go to. Cindy was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Very honest and genuine - very refreshing! I can't remember the last time I've experienced that sort of good old fashioned genuine customer service.
