Wow . Mathew and his team went above and beyond with every aspect of my dads funeral service. It was absolutely perfect and my dad would have been proud of the amazing send off he had. The respect they showed for my father and the family was indescribable. Seeing a stranger with tears running down their face shows it’s not just a job for them. They made the service personal and catered for everything we wanted. Would 10000 times recommend to anyone !! Thanks again Mathew and team .

Organising a funeral is not something many of us have experience in, it can be over whelming. We chose Matthew Charles because it is a third generation private family company, not a part of a big chain, and felt we very comfortable with them. They were wonderful, they took ownership of all the details and over came any of the hurdles we encountered. Matthew did the floral arrangement himself and it was amazing. Personalised service. Matthew and Pamela were professional, courteous and patient. They were very understanding and supportive during this difficult period arranging the funeral for my dearly departed husband.Matthew was very hands-on, taking care of not only floral arrangements but also picking up printed keepsakes directly from the vendor with very short notice. As a repeat customer (from several years before) I strongly recommend his services.

I would like to say thank you very much for Pam and Matthew on behalf of my mam and our family. This is our first time dealing with funeral, happened to look up for few funeral home and yes there is cheapest and expensive one out there. But i know when i make a phone call to pam, she has this such a welcoming and warm voice to help us to go through each of everything.We would not know anything at all until we spoke to Pam and through her and Matthew guidance we are able to held a very precious funeral when times is hard with covid situation.We were so loss, don't know what to do but so thankful for the team done such a meticulous job. I told all my friend that i recommend the team to everyone, just by listening to pam and matthew advise during the hard time is therapeutic enough for me.xx

I'm so grateful to Matthew & Pamela for their empathy, understanding and incredible professionalism.Pamela was wonderful. She knew just what to say and never overwhelmed me with too much information. When she didn't need to call, Pam just messaged me, keeping me informed and letting me know when/if I needed to make a decision.My wife had requested a non-religious ceremony with a 'young' feel and lots of native flowers. Matthew & Pamela took care of everything, selecting an appropriate celebrant, taking care of the beautiful flowers and recommending the Macquarie Park crematorium facilities.The service was beautiful. Matthew is so incredibly caring and thoroughly professional. I think it speaks volumes that he puts his own name on the business. In the end, it felt strangely positive.
