He quickly provided us with a very comprehensive report and has been happy to answer any questions we had after the pest and building inspection had been completed. As the seller of a 60+ year old property, I most probably wouldn't want the building and pest inspection to be done as well as this guy does, if he was to inspect a property that you were about to purchase you could pretty well bank on him finding any problems, I've never seen a more comprehensive examination in my life, if there is any problems Dean will find them. Dean Trevelyans service is an investment in your future.
