I engaged Shiraz construction for home maintenance, from roofing to plumbing. Very promt service, fast quotation and quick commencement of work. I dealt mainly with Sam and found him highly skilled and diligent. Taps no longer dripping and roof no more craks.Yes I would recommend them.

Sam had done the repair work for my veranda. He gave a reasonable quotation for the job and it was done perfectly. After the repair work, he also cleaned up the place and removed all the debris. Good work ethic and attitude. Highly recommended.

Shiraz Construction is professional, responsive and deliver expert advice on complex issues. We had a leak in several places (roof and upstairs bedroom) that other builders were not able to resolve. Shiraz inspected and provided an obligation free quote. They resolved other issues in the house in the timeframe advised and were generous in their work. Highly recommended!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Sam is profressional and workmanship is very high quality. He provided a quote that was for his service and not over quoting to make money off someone. However, his quality work when finish makes you feel that its value for money and appreciate how much care he took when completing the job. It was just not a fix and go but ensure that the quality was going to last. Give Sam a call. Fast response and reliable work. Not job was big or small and I felt completly satisfied that he was not going to do a rush job. Thank you sam for your time

Sam & maurey had the job to revamp my old shed and make it into a home office/studio, they did a fantastic job there workmanship was always great they went above and beyond & most importantly they always cleaned up after themselves that’s always a good sign of a quality tradesperson. I have absolutely no problem recommending Shiraz construction for any general maintenance/renovations works around the home. The end finish was fantastic myself and my wife have no hesitation recommending Shiraz I will diffenately be using them again for any future projects & I will be recommending them to friends & family.
