Priceline Pharmacy Queanbeyan

Worst customer service - made excuses for the poor service- and then cleared the option to put feedback in because I was going to give them a low rating- won’t ever go back!!! Avoid if you want to be treated with respect or decency!

Went to Priceline at 2.50pm an they where already closed! They close at 3pm on Saturdays not 2.50pm

I have been very impressed with the general customer service at Queanbeyan Priceline .. all are curteous, approachable and helpful.I would particularly like to commend Ms Jackie Tierney whose service is exceptional. She is professional, kind and listens to her customers needs. She is able to advise about appropriate products beautifully as she is well informed and skilled.I believe she has a natural gift of communicating well and will in time be an excellent manager.Mia

Avoid the Pharmacist named Preet, extremely rude, makes mistakes filling prescriptions and blames the customer, calling them a liar in front of other customers. I had been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years!

Great staff, there are some odd ones at times lol, but in general pretty good. The lady pharmacist is an angel to deal with and so are the other ladies in store, very kind and friendly service. Thank you.Don't forget to keep an eye on their clearance items upfront, really good deal. They could increase their range of fragrances though.

Don't think I have been treated as poorly in any shop I have visited. Absolutely disgusting effort by the entire pharmacist staff. Was attempting to get essential medication in the treatment of my Cancer. After being told it was pretty much too expensive for me which I gather was being said as the Pharmacist had zero people skills and failed to look up at me once as she muttered with her head down. All I was looking for was a solution not to be pretty much run out of the store. Time for a team meeting and to start treating each customer with respect.

If I could give a negative 10 I would...my husband went in to purchase his medication and a ventolin inhaler, and was denied the inhaler claiming he hadn't bought it there before.....he has asthma and an auto immune condition is obviously physically limited and wa denied the very medication that if he had an attack could save his life....disgusting

got a good range of products, decent prices too sometimes cheaper than coles

5/5 to Jennie, who not only searched for a couple of minutes to locate the product I was seeking, but recommended if I spent $1 more they could give me a $240 value bonus gift. -1 star as Priceline's rewards system was down"."

Incompetent, unhelpful and down right rude staff pretty well says it all. I stopped using this pharmacy after an older, quite tall, grey haired woman started. To say she was rude, unhelpful, sour and snarly would be too kind. If i need to go to the chemist and see her, I will go across to blooms. Today, I had no option as my daughter is sick and needed some prescription antibiotics. After picking up my prescription, I asked the girl where a particular product was, she motioned and said, down that aisle, somewhere, as I couldn't find where 'somewhere' is located, I then asked the girl at the check out who was equally unhelpful and again motioned to 'that area' I didn't know where 'that area' is located either, so I'll wait til blooms open and buy it there.
