ALDI

This ALDI has some great design principles - I love the 'drive-through' car spots, the big aisles, and the fast checkouts with the clever two-at-a-time design - after paying, you can take your time packing your trolley because the next customer is able to use a separate packing area.

Come on Aldi , bananas are supposed to be yellow , what's with the dehydrated dark green Verity you are selling. Not good enough.

Second time the Turkish bread is stale. Purchased today. Fruit is often rotten in the middle. Aldi pretends to be the same but cheaper. It’s not.

There has been a longstanding culture of bad service at this shop. The dog food was the only reason I frequented this shop, but the quality deteriorated to the point where it made my dog violently ill. I've found alternatives, so now I have no reason whatsoever to shop here, and I am happier for that.

This is my favourite supermarket. It is the ONLY supermarket that lets you claim a full refund for everything, no question asked. The reason why they can provide such low prices and customer service is because of the outstanding efficiency of their unique system, hence requiring few staff.Staples are all if not marginally cheaper, then much cheaper eg rice crackers, taramosalata dip, much, much cheaper. Their frozen mixed vegetables are just $1.50 a kg!I love the fresh salmon here, always VERY fresh, much fresher than any other supermarkets, and cheaper too!Their sausage rolls are the best.Their centre aisle specials are a legend. I buy all my gardening supplies here, good quality and cheap. My airfryer with rotisserie and cylindrical basket and dehydration function, I had to queue for 1 hour but has been one of my best buys ever.

A very spacious store, good wide spaces between shelves & it's kept nice & clean. Plenty of fresh meat, vegetables, dry goods & drinks. It's just a pity they use impprted pork (for their speck), as Australia has the best meat & produce in the world.

I arrived in the store at the norwood store at 7:53pm. I went to the meat section, got two chicken mince meats. I then received a phone call from a work colleague. I answered my call, and proceeded to look for the canned pineapples. I found the canned pineapples and proceeded to walk to the checkout to buy my dinner. I arrived at the checkout at 8pm, there was no one present. I waited at the checkout until 8:03pm, the assistance store manager approached me and stated that she was unable to serve me, as the store shuts at 8pm, and they closed the till. I proceeded to ask her, that it is 8:03pm and I walked into the store at 7:53pm, and I was by the till at 8pm. She appologised however refused to serve me. I explained that the food I bought was for my childrens dinner and that I had to rush home, and if it was possible to serve me. She appologised again and stated that she is unable to serve me as the store is shut and its ALDI policy to not serve people after 8pm even if they are at the registers.I believe this is ridiculous and I would like an investigation. I believe the assistance store manager was rude, talking down to me, and was quite derogatory towards me. I felt really offended, ashamed and she made me feel worthless.

ALDI's invention to abolish footpaths and any form of pedestrian-prioritised access does not work. How are those with ambulant disabilities, the vision-impaired, elderly, or any pedestrian supposed to access the store safely? That aside, ALDI does what it sets out to achieve well. It is well laid out, staff are friendly and the quality of the produce continues to surprise

I love Aldi but the last time and a another time both bunches of roses didn't open, couldn't find my dockets for a refund, soooooo dissapointing, but l love you're products and you tend to delete lots of them it was a chocolate covered ice cream with cranberries ripples or sum red fruit made in New Zealand, which you don't stock anymore, you are so much cheaper on a lots of products. I Encourage anyone who hasn't shopped at Aldi, to do yourself a favour, and get in quick smart to check the prices out!!

Pretty nice store, friendly staff. Needs pedestrian path at rear driveway.
