Bought a futon about 5 months ago. They were great to deal with, very genuine feel, personable, did their best to accommodate delivery. All worked out well and the futon is good quality and great value. Would buy from again based on that experience.

It has been more than a month for a in stock item, and these guys always have a new theory when you enquire about delivery. Order with them only when you have ample time in hand, and you want a free educational lesson to understand how tough it is to meet the increasing demand.

The team here were great - we had a delay and then we needed to swap something out while it was damaged in transition but this was done all professionally and without any extra charges.no faults here and will be coming back to purchase more

I have always loved sleeping on a futon and this shop appears to be the only place that sells them. I have never really known what goes into a futon I just know I like the firmness. The guy that served me explained all the different types of futon and even showed me offcuts they have for each one. They have all the futons out so you can try them out. I was very happy with the one I bought. Great service

Absolutely excellent. Service excellent, order arrived on time, was told it would take 2 weeks and sure enough arrived in just over 2 weeks. Helped us load the car, no hassle, no sales pitch just very helpful and friendly. Will buy from Ab Fab furniture again.

I would highly recommend to use this company.They actually care about there customers unlike other big brand retail shops. I recently order a set of bunk beds and when I went to assemble them there was some of the nuts and bolts missing out of the hardware kit. As we all know the pain of this so the bed could not be assembled. So I rang the store and told them what was missing and I almost fell off my chair when they said not a problem we will get someone to drive them over to my house straight away and deliver the missing parts , and i don't just live down the road. It would have been at least a 40min drive each way. Wow that's what I call great customer care .Once again they are great people and thank you for helping me out.

The very best online shopping experience I have had in a long time. Rang the store last Thursday and ordered a Bunk Bed for delivery to the Mid North Coast, and received the bed two days later. Courier driver James was very polite and helpful, phoning the night before with a delivery time and promptly arrived at the time he said. Can't ask more than that. Highly recommend this store and the people who work for them.
