Went to trade counter and asked young girl about a item on their website she said no idea check over there and continued to drink her coffee and talk to other salesmen who was also drinking coffee after having a look for item went back and said is this the only one they had she said again I suppose so and the guy just looked blank he didn’t even know what the item was used for and it seemed a great effort to look up the cost and a inconvenience was going to ask about steel mesh to supply for reno but will go elsewhere now will not go back again and yes I am a tradesman

I am a retired builder.Purchased a quantity of materials and asked for discount.Was told as I was not an account customer NO discount.I explained they wait up to 60 days for payment from account customers and that I was a cash customer,what is better ?Bad luck she said!Won't see me there again,now another Bunnings customer.So much for supporting the little guy.
