Looking at the other reviews here it seems I’m not alone in my assessment that Alex (the register attendant) is rude, aggressive and does not belong in a customer facing role.I went in to pick up a parcel and he couldn’t find it. I tried explaining to him that I received a notification from the courier that it had been delivered and signed for by him. He shouted over me to say “it doesn’t matter, it’s not here”. When I asked him to look again he managed to find it and then proceeded to mutter something negative under his breath about a colleague who hadn’t logged the package.Whilst I was waiting I also heard him shouting at someone for not putting the bowser back correctly (similar to another reviewers experience). Seems to be an issue with the pump, yet he continues to berate customers about it.The dude just gives off a terrible vibe so try avoid interacting with him if you can.

One star is even too many. The worst customer service ever. I telephoned at 8:30pm at night to check they were open & had gas. I was told they do not shut & promptly hung up on as I was asking about gas. I then rang back & they let the phone ring out. I continued ringing back as I was very low on gas & did not want to use the remaining gas driving there only to find they had none. They did not answer the phone again. Well, they lost a sale and many future sales. I had a friend drive me there and confronted the guy (old & short with grey hair & glasses). His response was I am busy & customers come first! Well mate you just kissed goodbye one of those customers without getting any sale in the process. With that attitude you will continue to lose sales until you lift your game and realize you are in a service industry & are there to provide a service!

Massive thanks to Cameron who offered the best customer service i've experienced in a long time a couple of Friday nights back.Went truly above and beyond helping me in what was a difficult situation (claiming a warranty without receipt) in the end, he spent about 15 minutes with me going through old transactions very pateintly - would have been well within his right to dismiss straight away.Thanks alot Camron you legend!

Went in today to grab my fuel from here as I usually do, Was met at the register by an older man and told that I hadn't hung the bowser up right. Said sorry and went out to fix it, but found that it was properly hung up. Confused, I took it off the hook and put it back on. Went back in to stand in a line that had formed, halfway through, he spotted me and angrily yelled at me that it still wasn't right. I tried to explain that I didn't know what he wanted me to do as it was on properly. He just yelled over the top of me that it wasn't on properly and I had to fix it. I don't work at the BP. I don't know how to fix something that is obviously broken. He asked a young man, Cameron, to fix it for me. He did and I paid, all the while while this person was belittling me, saying I didn't do it right and it was my fault.I spoke to the young man on the way out, he said I hadn't done anything wrong and that the sensors on that sometimes play up. I explained how rude the man inside was. He was really great about everything and apologized for him.Really disappointed, Been coming here for a long time but won't ever be coming back. The old fella shouldn't be working there if he's both too angry and too lazy to help customers.

5 stars for honesty. I walked in with my woolworths work clothes on and the guy at the front asked if I get staff discounts as I paid for my fuel and then told me I should be going to the Ampol up the road since it'll probably be cheaper. Cheers for that!

Water in e94 16th March 23, had to drain tank on side of road and re-fill

The service station itself seems fine, but the staff in the workshop are rude and unhelpful. Old mate was meant to ring me. I told him my phone would be turned off and to leave a message. I got no messages and when I got back there he reckoned he rang and rang and that it went straight to message bank. Yeah. I told you it would because I was in a meeting. Why didn't you leave a message?" He reckons he did

Well set up. Inside there is plenty to choose from in the way of snacks, drinks and basic auto supplies. Go next door, for some delicious hot food.

old bloke in morning, very disrespectfull, angry angryperson, shouldnt be in customer service, credit to cam and dan, old men shouldnt swear at customers n stick up fingers at peoplr in public smazing how msny people see it
