Every single time I’ve been to this branch to do an EBD any one of their 4 machines is out of service. The staff couldn’t give the slightest care in the world and they look at me like I’m lost. What is the point of having a branch open when the staff can’t take any deposits over the counter at all and at any one time one or more of the deposit ATMs is out of service?

NAB Pimpama - Tellerless Branch
The google closing time for the branch at pimpama says 5pm i went to the bank at 4.15 to bank money and they were closed huge inconvenience please update your hours. Also when ever i go to deposit money it is always out of service. I understand sometimes these things jam but it should be fixed promptly not weeks later.
