I went to Sundial Dentistry Port Macquarie, for the first time last week. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and then the dentist, Brandon Chow, came out and introduced himself. He was personable, very thorough and perceptive. Brandon took the time to explain the issues with my teeth, using diagrams and simple language that made it easy for me to understand. They only get one star as I cant do a minus score!! Kept waiting on two occassions 45 Mins and 15 Mins by a dentist whos time is more important than the people who pay his rent, appalling service! Try anywhere else!

Very poor service. In capital letters it says immediate" if you are in pain. I called on Saturday morning only to be told "no appointments available". Been a patient for 2+ years. I was told to call on Monday morning & "hope" for a cancellation!This is not immediate & is very bad business practice!"

I was sick with fear about a crown needed to save a back tooth . NO NEED IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PAINLESS . Dentist Leila alleviated any fears. She was caring professional & made me feel at ease. Best experience ever as an older client.

It was actually my husband that needed the tooth collector lol, yes my husband is very pleased with the professional and experienced way his tooth, was right at the back and removed gracefully he says.

My annual check up was quick with no immediate work needed. My 6 year old Cerec crowns impressed the new dental assistant. She thought they were about 1 year old!

I was a dental 'cripple' according to my previous dentist. Peter, through his experience, expertise & dedication to great outcomes, has been able to reconstruct my natural bite and finally bring some peace of mind to my life. I cannot thank Peter and his team enough. Anyone who has had severe dental problems will understand the personal struggles involved. I highly recommend Peter and his practice to anyone who has lost faith in their outcomes.
