Good quality gear, fantastic service.Stayed back a bit past close on Sunday to allow me to return gear when I was delayed by snow transport, afterwards we had to drive 3 hours to catch a morning flight so this was greatly appreciated.

Best workshop in Jindabyne by a country mile! By far the best tune and repair I've ever had done on my skis.

Good range of rental equipment, helpful staff (though we did visit at a non busy time)

I hired 2 lots of demo skis with the intent to buy. The poor advice and staff recommendation gave me 2 pairs of skis way below my skill level. The staff didn't want to have a discussion about it, won't be returning

Equipment failure, poor response.Week long rental this year. Silver package for 5 people.Quality was not great, with two of the 125 poles being bent slightly, bad wear on the boot inserts for myself and the kids, and my boots were wet, but there was major equipment failure also.One of the bindings came off the ski in the first hour on the first day. It seems the forward screws on the rear part of the binding were completely missing. This seems like basic maintenance. This resulted in me being stuck on the far side of Mt. Perisher and I needed to get a lift back with a skidoo. My 12 year old son needed to make his own way back, with poor visibility and having not skied for a year. Both of us naturally missed the rest of the day skiing. LA got a new set of skis to me the next day, which were sharper. The store manager promised to provide a refund, but I never heard anything.Later that week, one of the wrist straps for the 125 poles pulled completely out. My wife could not ski the whole week so I could use hers (her gear was quite a bit better than mine).In 20 years of renting and skiing I’ve never seen stuff like this. It’s particularly as Larry Adler was fine previously, and the pricing is higher than other outlets. The lack of follow up is also very disappointing. I've sent a complaint email since but no response.

The staff are very friendly and helpful . We rented toboggans for a good deal .

They charge a premium price and when the skis aren’t cutting it on the mountain they try to charge you to send up a replacement set. Why pay the premium hire price if you’re not going to get the level of service that should go with it.

Cheap with great condition Skis to hire and can buy after if you want they take off your hire price and you pay the remainder

Fantastic staff, friendly people and great range of gear. Poles were straight, non scratched boots and skis that looked great fantastic value for Money
