Had purchased an outdoor setting 4 years ago, we have always kept the setting covered. This Christmas when I needed the setting we uncovered it to find the sides of the top of table falling apart there is bites of wick dropped all on the ground.Contacted Kristen and the response was i got the table on a good discount and she has no idea what the problem was, you may have to purchase another table, I asked for the manufacture details as this is definitely a manufactures issue still had no response won't be buying from there again

It's been 12 MONTHS since paying cash for an Portsea outdoor setting including dining table and chairs. I'm still waiting for the table i bought. Numerous phone calls later i was given a loan table. It's been over a year but I'm still waiting for the table i purchased. Think I've been patient enough.

Very disappointing overall experience. Faulty products that aren’t backed by the seller. Terrible response time (30+ days to come and assess/collect). Owners are abrasive, rude and threatening - Generally completely unprofessional. My Wife and I have had nothing but issues with these People trying to get what we are entitled to (even after Consumer Affairs made them aware of their obligations after supplying defective/dangerous goods). But, It seems they are no longer concerned about word of mouth reputation - which is clearly reflected in online reviews. Buy directly from the manufacturer - Plumb Industries are just weak middlemen who take their cut, and stop caring once you purchase and leave their Store. Buy from them at your peril.
