Had to send it as they are the authorised repairer for AAMI.1. Took too long to fix.2. They paint work they did had blobs and bubbles. I had to drive again and start the process again3. They repaired the paint this time. Only to note a week later that the bumper clips were broken as part of fixing the bumper.4. Drove again for them to assess and acknowledged the mistake and asked me to bring the car after a month as they had to order parts.All in all, the job was pathetic, they broke the clips and didn't even mention, I had to drive 40 mins every time (1st time for assessment, drove back home, then to send car to repair, drive back after repair, send back to assess the poor paint work, drive back home, drive back for repaint, drive back after repaint, send back to assess for broken clips, drive back home, send back to fix clips, drive back home) so much back and forth.Stay away if you can.

Dealing with the reception was one of the most stressful things ever.She was just downright rude and condescending. Didn't quite catch her name, but will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.

They are very efficient and quick as they are very busy. Was able to help out with a few extra things which was extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend, just checkover the car when you receive it they will rectify if required.

If I can, I'll give 5 star to lady behind the desk. She was always nice and tried to help me, but mechanics only one star... no communication at all!! No one called me regarding progress with my car. I stopped by 5 times and always just excuses why the car wasn't fixed yet. The first time, they said they replaced the bull bar and all parts. When I came, there was still an old bull bar and cracked parts as before. At the end, I came to pick up the car because they told me it's ready but the car front logo was still missing, new paint was already damaged when they installed the front grill. Unfortunately, this was an insurance choice, not mine.

Poor experience and blatant lies poor work wouldn't recommend to anyone left paint in the front right wheel well tyre with overspray the repair was very poor with noticeable blemishes washed the car left soap stains on black trim between the front and rear doors disgusting rushed rip off they told me they removed the bumper to repair damage paint why is there blue paint inside my front wheel well more damage to my car than before I took it in blue paint on black plastic bumper trim how can they be trusted to take the vehicle back to further repair it they get salty and cause more damage I have reported this awaiting a AAMI assessor to inspect the poor quality of work and lies when I questioned them about the damage denied everything my car when I went to pick it up was not even in the premises the reception has to walk at least 100 meters up the road to get it for me these people are unprofessional in every aspect don't trust them at all

I booked in 2 days before Australia Day. I was told the repairs would take 7-10 days, depending on parts availability. Imagine my joy, when the vehicle was ready, within 7 days, including the Public Holiday. While the service was good, the company should employ more Reception Staff in the busy morning period. The 2 operators tried their best but were dealing with multiple demands, including phone calls, which tied up one person and led to extra waiting for customers. When one is using a service for the first time, customers can be confused as to what is happening. We do not know the procedures of the Operation. The 2 women Reception Staff, to their credit, were polite and professional, as were the tradesmen.

If I could give 10 stars, I’d do. I sent my car to repair on Tuesday and got it back on Friday morning. Only 2 business days to complete the job! Fast, very professional and impeccable service. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The place looks impressively bright and clean. Thanks for looking after me and my car!

Absolute rubbish. Picked my car up dirty, more damage, tyres spilt because it was sitting outside in mud for months, loose fixings in the door now that’s all I hear when my speakers have bass set on them. Word of advice before you go to capital smart do a dlap on your car. They are the worst

Jodie helped me to have my car repair process goes smooth and quick .Gentleman who in charge of repair (Sorry i forgot his name) also very friendly and repair my car perfect and looks like new .Repair process also faster than ECDThey also have Uber service for the customer from and to the place .Highly recommended this place

Referred by my insurer to 5hem, I was informed that they could not proceed with repairs as planned and yet fixed the bumper that had come loose. Very friendly and helpful staff.
