Dealing with Amit @ SKAD was amazing and an easy process. Showed us multiple houses privately and his amazing knowledge helped is close the deal. Thanks to him.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give scores less than 0 I would. I have dealt with dozens of real estate agents over the last year many of which were questionable and this by far has been the absolute WORST. Dishonest, rude and deceptive staff, working outside of real estate guidelines, they do not have the buyers or sellers best interest at heart. I cant help but feel their was some deceptive activity in the background that did not benefit anyone but themselves as it was certainly not in buyers or sellers best interest not giving ALL parties involved equal opportunity to counter offer resulting in less money for vendor and unequal opportunity for potential purchasers. I did not appreciate being yelled at on the phone by incredibly poorly trained and extremely unprofessional staff when I queried the level of misconduct and unequal opportunity. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best real estate I have dealt with in a long time. Zahra was amazing in every way! SKAD has been a pleasure to deal with as a renter, no issues at all and very helpful.

Honestly one of the worst companies iv ever seen purchased a unit with them and they lied about so much things I did not sign for disgusting would never buy a house from them again do not get tricked into there traps and very unprofessional they don’t answer your phone calls to solve the problem if I could rate them a zero I would

Worst real estate (rental dept) I have ever dealt with. Called them about a tenants property that they left in shambles, the admin lady was rude. Said they would call back. They didn’t. Couple of weeks later I found an agents number online and finally I got in touch with an agent. Said they would do something, 3-4 weeks after ever nothing was done. There was NO lockdown at the time. But they couldn’t clean the mess that their tenants left that kept getting thrown all over the street due to the weather, the unsafe car left in the driveway putting others at risk took over 1&1/2months to move.Avoid them. Lazy, inconsiderate and disrespectful.I also informed them whilst their tenant was still there that they were ruining the property. They didn’t care. Now the owners house is in a horrible condition due to their negligence.

The customer service is very good. Staff is polite and helpful. I have my properties with SKAD, and they are very well managed. I recommend SKAD real estate, for anyone buying, selling or renting properties.
