The attitude from the staff when you walk in the door is deplorable and it went downhill quickly after that. Staff were sour faced and do not want to be there and unhelpful when asked questions. For the amount of time it took to get the food, it was disgusting. Chips were cold, soggy and inedible. Chicken was dry and obviously not freshly cooked. Ended up not being able to eat our meals they were that bad.No covid protocols followed at all. Not only were customers not in masks but also staff. Staff masks were either not on or pulled under there chin. Hygiene standard is not there either.Will not be going back there again.

Customers service is disgusting. The older female worker body shamed my best friend for wearing a jersey over her bikini while getting ice & petrol for our ski. Calling her disturbing. You should be ashamed of yourself. Also have 15 year olds selling cigarettes. Disgraceful. Take your money elsewhere I sure as hell won’t give them another $$.Disgusting behaviour on your behalf guys!! Fix yourself before you go under for poorCustomer service

Went in to buy 2 items. No other customers in the store at the time. The young guy had both my items on the counter and was about to do payment when the phone rang. He preceded to do a takeaway order on the phone which took quite along time and totally ignored me standing there. No apology for making me stand there and wait for him to do a lengthy order over the phone. My transaction took roughly 20 seconds when he finally got around to it. Very bad customer service. Was tempted to just leave my 2 items on the counter and walk out. Definitely needs some training in how to treat customers

Ordered a pizza after a long day of driving. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for such a yummy dinner. If I was a local, this would be a regular event.

In the pandemic people forget that just showing up is hard, most places are struggling with staff doing long hours and being understaffed, these people where nice and it was the best chips we have had coast to coast and they where gluten free, there are some gf options other then chips, everyone that walked in was nice the staff where nice. It still has that old fashioned small courty vibe, thank you made our day.
