Very bland tasteless meal. Chicken korma (allegedly) tasted like chicken in condensed soup. Garlic cheese naan? How about naan of that just dry roti. Very disappointing will take off my Darwin visits list.

Great food, very reasonable prices and very pleasant staff. Love the Thai food particularly, magic flavours. Well done to staff.

Used to order from here a few times a year, we just got Butter chicken, I swear the sauce is a jar of chicken tonight or kan tong butter chicken sauce, the chicken was like an old boot, over cooked and dry, it went in the bin. The chicken 65 is not what it used to be either, small portion, no white sauce with the other sauce. The combination fried rice was acceptable but not like it used to be either. So very disappointing. Don't think I will order from here again which is a shame as the food used to be absolutely fantastic. I have a feeling the business has changed ownership.

Amazing taste! As you walk up to the restaurant it doesn’t seem like much but when you walk in you are hit with smells and ambiance that makes you feel like your in Thailand! Fast and friendly service and a place that I will be definitely coming back to with family and friends!

Had a meal in the Restaurant on December 30th, as we were staying at the Argus. Food was amazing. Butter Chicken, Special Fried Rice combination, and Mongolian Beef... we could have eaten here every night... and the staff were wonderful!!!

Stayed in the Hotel and had dinner here last night. Ordered the pad see yew and beef massaman with Garlic naan. The naan was really very good and the Pad See Yew was good. Massaman was also very good. I would recommend (for eat in).

I was disappointed. In the butter chicken were few pieces of chicken in a bowl of thick soup. In the lamb dish, also the meat was hard to find. Not bad for flavours and taste but $20 for a bowl if soupy butter chicken it is a bit pricey. The bread was soaked in oil. I don't feel I can recommend this place as personally I won't go there again.

Tucked away inside the Argus Hotel in Darwin on the mezzanine floor is where this little restaurant and bar can be found. We ate early at 6:30pm and were the only customers there. We ordered fried rice, little spring rolls and a Green Thai Chicken Curry. The food was delicious and we had plenty of it.My wife’s only comment apart from being delicious was about the large amount of meat that was in both the fried rice AND the green curry; and my wife is a definite carnivore. I make this observation purely because I have noticed some other reviews stating there was very little meat on offer. Perhaps they have taken on board that criticism. The staff was friendly and efficient. The furniture was not particularly comfortable-functional but not overly comfortable.Of interest I found that the restaurant and bar was a thoroughfare between the outside spa and pool and the elevators; not something to enhance the ambience which was already a bit on the thin side. I’m guessing however the placement of the spa and pool were not decisions made by the restaurant. To be fair this place does not try to pass itself off as a classy restaurant (it’s also the hotel’s complimentary breakfast room) but the wet and over exposed bodies dripping water on the floor is strange to say the least. In short however, the food supplied when we dined was excellent at a reasonable price. Our meals plus a sparkling wine was $56. It lost a star because of the little non foodie quirks.
