Very happy with the service, communication and promptness of Proud Plumbing and Gas! We discovered a gas leak on Sunday evening and James was at our house by 8:30am Monday morning and had it fixed in no time! Would highly recommend them!

I contacted Proud Plumbing and Gas one evening when I noticed we didn't have hot water at bath time. I left a message and Natasha contacted me back quickly, letting me know that someone would be out as soon as they could.When Max arrived, my husband and I explained the problem, and he quickly got on the task of finding it out the issue. I really appreciate the time Max took to look for the source of the leak and then repair it - all after 9pm at night. Max was quick, efficient and he didn't even disturb my sleeping kids. I even appreciate that he went about his job while I was asleep in the bedroom (Max needed to run/flush all the taps, ensuiteI included and I was just too exhausted to stay up past 11pm).I would definitely recommend Proud Plumbing and Gas to others and will call them again!

Had Jack come out to fix a leaking toilet, same day service received, which is highly unlikely to happen. A big thank you to Jack, a very respectable young man. He spoke me through the entire process, and gave me some really good advice. Friendly and professional.
