I have been waiting for over 6months for Bon Electric to help me with my problem, i have contacted them 3 times regarding my problem within the time frame of 6months. When i last spoke to the daughter of the the owner, I was assured that she would personally help me, I sent an email and still no luck. I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND them. This doesn't allow me to support local bussiness.

Amazing good old fashioned service and not just same day installation on my new pump he followed me home from the shop and installed it right there and then.... I take my hat off to you guys!!

This morning we had a range of electrical jobs - from installs to repairs done by Jack & Jack - part of the Bon Electrics crew. They were super prompt, really courteous and gracious, and very professional. I’m delighted with the job they have done and the final result is absolutely fantastic.This is the 3rd job we’ve done through the Bon team and we literally would not CONSIDER going anywhere else. Have nothing but good things to say about Bon.Rob has been fantastic everytime I have dealt with him from warranty, to troubleshooting, to advice. Always bends over backwards to ensure my needs are accommodated.Mr Bon himself (forget his name..) assisted awhile ago with a query I had on irrigation drippers. He showed me a trick which ultimately would cost him sales in the long run. Put the customer first over making a dollar.What he lost that day, he has made up in the long run as I'll be back when I need their services.This is what service is about. 10/10Gary J

I can't rate these guys highly enough. For over 10 years we have been calling them for various jobs and emergencies and they have met our requests every time quickly and efficiently. As we are open long hours, they go out of their way to minimise the impact on our business on the larger jobs by working at night or weekends. They've done everything from supply and install a massive generator - to enable us to trade when Western Power had power shutdowns, to changing a stuck light bulb in our kitchen and pretty much everything in between. Great, friendly team, with excellent customer focus. Thanks guys!!

Had a positive experience with the crew at Bon Electrics, From Ben and Rob organising the job (which had a number of different tasks) to the Jack's" carrying out the work. Will definitely use them again when the time arises. Managed to fit me in for a whole days worth of work on short notice. Very happy."

I visited Bon Electrics with an issue with my pump... Can be a little daunting with absolutely no technical knowledge and being female! Found the staff to be super helpful and they explained everything in layman's terms. I was even provided with a loan pump while mine was repaired. Would definitely recommend Bon Electrics! Fantastic service!!!

I have used Bon Pumps to assist with a leaking pump for our stables. I received a friendly an informative service, plus the fault was quickly detected and resolved. Highly recommended.
