I found Stephanie and Corey to be very professional. They went out of their way to accomodate me.. changing thier schedule and arranging times to fit in for me. They actually took the time to listen and be understanding which is really good thing that is missing in business now. I can’t recommend them highly enough. A+ 5 stars

Unsolicited phone call to sell my house, but Nigel couldn’t explain where he got my phone number, just that “he had a spreadsheet and there were no notes”, and couldn’t explain where he got this spreadsheet from, or my number. My phone number is not public knowledge, not listed in RP data, not listed with Stockland as he suggested could be the case, and I’ve never had any dealing or interactions with Ray White or their affiliates. Very disappointed! And yes, I am on the Do Not Call Register, and yes it’s active!

Went to view a property being sold by pacific pines Ray White in September 2022. When attending the property the agent in attendance gave no mention it was under offer even when directly asked, 13 minutes after the open home I got a text message saying it was under contract, due to go unconditional next week. Got a call 4 days later from the REA saying they have another property that I might be interested in. When I mentioned the above concern, that I felt my time was wasted, the agent became very rude and aggressive and he continued to reply “That sounds like a you problem”.
