Worst service can't keep appointment times reception doesn't know what's going on, one day your on their system next day they tell you your not on system. They don’t call you back either.

I am a 48yr (usually hard working) single father with 3 dependent children, with many certs and qualifications in many categories.Today in the WERRIBEE branch the current manager, tried to change my centrelink mutual obligation agreement and pass it off as standard policy in order to bully me into signing. When called out on this she let her emotions take over and spill into refusing to do her job , lies and assumptions.As I was on the phone to centrelink to troubleshoot the 'issue' whilst she was present she left the appointment with 10mins remaining and called police to have me removed.I can only imagine her motive was a KPI or otherwise. It felt well rehearsed, embarrassing, selfish, self centred, bullying and sinister. She was only listening to respond, not learn.I feel for anyone if a dispute arises against her.Poor management.I've used this company a few times over the years but NEVER AGAIN.They used to be a not for profit company but that is not the case now.

Worst management team terrible company.
