Sunland TV Service

Sunland TV provided excellent assistance after my 2 year old LG TV power supply blew up. They pointed me into the right direction to get a free replacement part from LG and performed a quick in-home repair. I’m very happy with the outcome, thanks again!

I have reviewed my comments following your call Nando because you told me you would deal with the staff member.The repair was $74 (25%) dearer than the quoted $300. An obsolete part was replaced by one from a secondhand unit and I was told on the phone that this was done at no extra cost. I did not get a straight answer when I asked if the repair came with a warranty - the docket stated 90 days. $374 is not a cheap repair.In reply to your comments below-1. I did review my comments and ommitted the detail about being patronized.2. You did not tell me the cost of that extra part at any stage3. You did not tell me about the 90 day warranty, but glibly answered- 'until it breaks down again'.NOT a 5 star experience.

Friendly team, great service, easy to get advice and suggestions. Sunland has looked at 2 TVs for me over the years and I've been pleased with the service both times.Turn around time is good and often the TVs can be picked up and delivered upon completion of repairs. Certainly give these guys a call before you look at a new TV if yours breaks!

Dealing with Sunland TV Service was made easy for us. They picked up our large TV, fixed it and returned it to us within 3 days. Professional service from the receptionist, technician and delivery driver. Fees were very reasonable.

Couldn't fault these guys at all. Phone consultations was informative with options. I'm a big guy and they still offered help to carry the tv in from the car. Pricing never changed from original call. Good location, easy to park car.Ps ...read follow up comments on bad reviews, they are gold!!

I called with a problem after being recommended by Sphere Wifi. The receptionist put me through to the technician who told me I could come in straight away and he would try to help out. I rang back after googling the address to say I couldn’t arrive until 4 minutes before closing time but was told he would wait for my arrival. I got there after closing time due to traffic conditions but he was waiting. Fixed my problem within minutes for no charge. Very impressed with this kind of service, doesn't happen too often these days ! Highly recommend.
