I spoke to Roland about a retaining wall or another option that would suit my place. He asked me to send photos of the job and said if i didn't get a reply then to phone. I emailed him these and waited for his reply. After no response I phoned him twice and left a msg on his phone with no return call. If you don't want the job, at least have the decency to tell someone instead of wasting their time.I recommend finding another company.

Roland was prompt to reply to my initial query, gave a realistic quote and maintained contact informing us of when his team would be available. Working with Roland and the team at RWC was a pleasure. My job to reinforce a clay embankment under my house wasn’t the most glamourous job in the world but the guys never complained and left me with a great result, that exceeded my expectations. They were polite, efficient, timely and friendly - quite a refreshing change from some of the tradies I’ve dealt with recently. Would hire them again in a heartbeat but they did such a good job, I won’t have to! Thanks guys!

Roland and his team were absolutely brilliant. From his willingness to provide info pre signing on for the job, to design, and execution the service was A+.My retaining wall was a very difficult, intricate job which baffled 6 “builders“ prior to meeting Roland. RWC had the expertise to handle this complex job and seemed completely un-phased by the intricacies of it. I’d highly recommend the RWC team for any retaining wall big or small and have already given the contact info to a family member who will need their services.

Roland and Mark built our besser brick retaining walls for our down slopping driveway. We told them what we would like and they gave us options for our land, they were very knowledgeable. The team were reliable (always on time and told us ahead if weather would impact the quality of their work) down to earth friendly and polite. RWC used machine machine excavation and besser block retaining wall construction, they plumbed storm water into our existing water system. We loved them and their work so much we had them back to build us stairs! Thank you RWC!

Charged us just under $300 just to give a quote on a retaining wall demolish and rebuild plus other works. Came to the property, did some measurements and discussed options. Later gave a very high-end written quote. When asked to quote on a scaled back job instead (which he said he could do if the initial quote was too high for our budget), he never came through with the quote. A complete waste of time and money, would not recommend and certainly will never pay for a quote again.
