Priceline Pharmacy Leichhardt

Wouldn't sell you seringes even after explaining that I have an aenemia and need monthly injections that I do myself.The fact that she can't because of stupid internal rules could be acceptable but the way the lady looks at me like I am addict.Unbelievable.Moreover, they think that it will help drug addicts where actually it may just make them reuse their seringes, risking sharing viruses.Really unbelievable that in 2022, there is still this type of behaviour and misunderstanding of safe practice.

That’s it I’m done with Priceline Pharmacy Leichhardt. They used to be such a lovely local pharmacy however there has been a significant downturn in their service over the past 6 months. The pharmacists on duty now are so unhelpful and a proportion are downright rude as well. I’m now going 30 minutes out of my way to the Amcal Pharmacy in Wynyard just to avoid the terrible service at Priceline Pharmacy Leichhardt (which is 5 minutes away from where I live)

100% recommend! Ordered for same day delivery, and received a call to let me know that they were out of the pain relief, they had a smaller box so sending that today with our order, but would organise sending the two larger boxes tomorrow when a shipment came in!Comparing this with Chemist Warehouse, where the same order was made 9 days ago, called up to check on the order only to find out it would take 3 weeks from then to even be packed to then send out.

I rush here as they say they close at 7 I got here 6:40pm they shut the door already, very annoying, why don’t you guy tell people you closed at6:30?!

Usually like this pharmacy but they allowed a booster booking on Boxing Day despite being closed…couldn’t re book in for over a week elsewhere.

I walked in today to get repeats for mom and dad and I want to share the amazing experience I had with Renai and Mariame, both amazing and caring, they even knew what medications my parents Julio and Violeta needed.Best customer service Ive seen in my entire 53 years of life.Ali and Zehra are super helpful too and that’s why my entire family keeps coming back to all of them.Elating experience!!!

Very friendly and professional service. Provided a tourist helpful advice on getting a prescription resent, and then was quick to suggest the best available meds. Excellent service and advice.

Best pharmacy team I've ever dealt with. Raghda is absolutely amazing, her pride in helping people is inspiring and many times she has gone out of her way to make sure I've gotten the medications I need (so far out of the way that once when I was too sick to make it to the store she did a home delivery). This professional but still warm attitude influences everyone around her and you can see that she has created a great team of pharmacists and assistants who genuinely want to help people feel better and take the best care of themselves, and they all seem to enjoy working here too which is so rare to see in a retail environment. Everyone in the pharmacy team that I've been assisted by has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and I could not be more grateful that they are my local pharmacy.

Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Had a script for medication and upon opening the package at home, there was some missing. They claimed that their records show no error. Check everything before you leave the pharmacy! Also not the first time they have made a mistake! I advise to go elsewhere.
