Tim Cook is the Instillation Technician of Hills Car Audio and frankly, he is amazing! He installed my Dashcam and Rear Camera in my brand new car and did a fantastic job. It was not easy as there were air bags everywhere that had to be avoided. Tim was very pleasant and did not mind my being there watching him. I tried to be unobtrusive and not get in the way but I was interested to see how it was done. I was pensive about my brand new care but I was worrying for nothing. Tim cared for my car, was extremely professional, competent and coped with any little setbacks. His price was very competetive and gave me his card informing me if I had any problems to phone him. Tim installs head units, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, etc. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. As an aside, two years ago I bought a head unit and had it installed at Auto One. The car was an Audi and the Manager at Auto One said the installation would be difficult (typical Audi electronics!). Anyway, the Main Man was brought in, spent over two hours with the install and he did a great job. That installer turned out to be TIM! True story, contact him and see.

1st class. Tim's attention to detail, care and professionalism are amazing. A new car stereo installed for the 17yo and not only did he do a perfect job he then spent over 20 minutes explaining how to operate it and all the settings, pairning her phone etc. Truly amazing concern and detail for the customers happiness.
