Absolutely wonderful experience taking my dog to be groomed by Guliana. Chloe looked fabulous, the best haircut she has ever had. I couldn't recommend this groomer more highly. And her prices are great too.

My dog has a double coat. I brought him in on the request that Guiliana cut his fur short, not shaved, and she told me she could leave 1.5cm in length at the shortest. When I picked him up she shaved him near to the skin. There was maybe 0.5cm of his undercoat left.Admittedly I should have known better about not shaving a double coat dog and done my research, but I feel like I was owed professional advice given that she's been doing this for a long time. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding between us but the review I will leave here is - please do not take your dog here if he or she has a double coat. My dog's fur is not growing back in some places & I will most certainly never take him here again.

Absolutely love Talk of The Tail. We have been taking our Chewy to Giuliana since he was 3 months old. He’s now 3 years old and still loves going to see her for a full groom. He’s a sensitive boy and Giuliana is so great with him. He comes back smelling beautiful and looks great every time.

Highly recommended! We take our blue cattle x kelpie x border collie ‘Archie’ to get shaved every couple of months because it helps keep the hair off the floor, makes him easier to dry when he decides to have a swim and above all it looks great and no doubt he feels better for it. We’ve been using Giuliana for years! We love her work; she trims Archie to our specs and keeps him looking cool without looking too pretty (she can do show dog cuts if that’s what you like though). Giuliana is always a pleasure to deal with and very flexible with timing. The best dog groomer in the neighbourhood!

My boys have been going for over a year now and absolutely love it. They get so excited walking up to the door and can't wait to go in which is rare. Giuliana treats them as if they were her own and always takes great care in the work she does. We couldn't have asked for a better groomer for our special boys

We have been bringing our lovely Leo here for the past two years and can highly recommend them! Giuliana has such a lovely and calm demeanour and is so lovely with our dog. Leo is returned to us stress free, looking great and smelling fantastic! Highly recommended!

Took my dog Bucky (moodle) to Guiliana for his overdue groom for the first time a few weeks back but didn't get around to writing a review until now. She was very professional and she is amazing at what she does. Best groom he has ever had and will never go elsewhere now. Reasonable prices, great groom what more could you ask for?

Juliana is very patient calm with our rescue dog that tends to be very nervous and agitated. Our dog enjoys getting groomed by her and comes home with a nice haircut .I would be happy to recommend her from our experience with her over the past 4 years.
