They run a race team that is going to be huge, and the team is full of really good, down to earth riders.The shop has a lot of product even during the whole Covid19 situation. Always ready to get in when they haven't got the parts.Great work guys.

Thanks so much to Russell, Royston and the team for really looking after my son and me with our bikes - especially Royston, for going to the trouble of fitting a rack I just bought there for my e-bike. Great place for repairs & servicing as well as for cycling gear - or any thing you might need for your bike.

Went in and got a tube and tyre for my kids bike. Haven't changed one in quite a while!Stuffed it up and took the wheel in the next day thinking the tube was faulty. Fixed my terrible job in no time and wasnt willing to call me stupid (-1 star because I clearly am) but saved my pride (+1 star because I am embarrassed.)Great service and such a good selection of gear that I hate taking my kids in!

Agree with other reviewers - the new team at Cycle House are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I'm a novice trying to get back into cycling after a decade of not being on the bike, and they've been helpful and provided lots of advice, without pushing for a sale. This a great place for locals, including families, and kids, wanting to get into cycling. Highly recommended. Well done Cycle House team - you're setting a great culture to get people into cycling.

Store and purchasing are easy to navigate. It seems they didn't have my item in stock but decided to send me a different part without telling me. Same brand and price but doesn't fit.No rating on returns as I will just be modifying it to make it work as they no longer advertise the product I need. I would've preferred a refund as soon as they realised but as I need it now I will have to make it work.

I purchased my first bike at Cycle House few years ago and came back few time for repair and wanted to purchase a bike bag but the service wasn’t good… never got the call back in regard of the bike bag even though I went into the store twice and my phone number had been taken and written down in their book … I promised to myself that I never ever come back to the store again even though it’s my local store… last Saturday I was on my way out for a bike ride and my bike need an urgent fix I have no choice but have to come to Cycle House as close to my house..: I was not sure if I will get the service I needed as I had very bad experiences before … as soon as I walked into the store a young gentleman approached me…. I told him what was issue with my bike and hand my bike over to him and within 5mins he came out with my bike and told me all fixed… quick and very friendly and top it up I didn’t got charged for it …. I didn’t expected it … that was a top service… the new owner and the new team at Cycle House have completely changing my mind … great service, great team and I definitely come back to Cycle House.Thank you Cycle House for your serviceOne very happy customer

Very helpful. I just required the crown race fitted to my new fork. I called up, then dropped in and the mechanic Ryan fitted while I waited. Excellent service and also very helpful.

Bought my Cervelo gravel bike through Royston who helped me out and showed me an awesome looking bike frame not on display that was still boxed. No pushy sales tactics, but explained the features to me. Didn't plan to buy that day, but ended up with a new bike!Royston also hooked me with up with a new Kask helmet that was specially ordered in for me.Thank you guys!
