I like it but the limited store hours are frustrating to say the least. 6pm close time when people are busy, and visit K'mart until 9pm in the same mall, as well as Coles & Woolworths. What is Big W management THINKING? They've lost countless sales simply because I couldn't get to the store before closing.

We found just what we were looking for, however, when we went to pay there was only 1 manned register open. This meant using the self serve checkout which was very busy and annoying to use. We has an issue because we weren't using a bag and the assistant was quite abrupt when we needed to ask for help. We really prefer a manned checkout.

Big W gets 4 stars as nobody is perfect the staff are polite they have a great range and in men's wear the sizes go up to 8xl and beyond for the bigger built men and nice women's wear also there is 1 thing I don't agree with and that is that they no longer wear a uniform they wear whatever they like so it makes it super hard to tell who works there or who doesn't. I think the uniform is more presentable and business like, I'm all for uniforms just changes a lot of things when they are all wearing civies you don't know who you're talking to do if there is a problem you cant say such and such because they are dressed like everyone else good so otherwise plenty of variety for good prices Cheers

Always a bargin there. Staff are helpful, just need to ask.Self tills have both options but there is always someone at a counter with a friendly face for you to get your purchases and get out efficiently.

Excellent store. Clean neat and tidy. Wide aisles, and they carry almost everything you may need for your home. Fantastic prices as well!
