Our wooden front door was very antique. It would jam up in the rain, heat, or cold, and it was extremely noisy when it closed. We looked at several firms to replace the door with a double-glazed one, but we decided to go with Integra for various aspects. Integra’s shop was very close to us, turned up an internet search. They had excellent ratings for both product and service on GMB, and we, like many others, wanted to support a local business if we could.

Our new front door and windows are amazing, and they have completely changed the aspect of our home. The procedure was also excellent; all along the specification process, we were given solid, frank advice. The installation staff was equally skilled, amiable, and thoughtful, and they performed a fantastic job. We are fairly (very) picky, in my opinion, and nothing was put to the test for us. Overall, I'm quite happy.

After comparing the prices and installation costs, we decided to get an Integra door. Excellent value; pleased with the new door. They fitted the door weeks ahead of the timeline that others had quoted. Excellent craftsmanship and successful fitting. I wholeheartedly endorse this business.

With our new double-glazed windows, we are quite pleased. They are of exceptional quality and look amazing. The installers performed a terrific job and worked very quietly and neatly. They laid down coverings to preserve our floors and covered their boots with plastic. They were a delight to have around and even purchased their own flasks of tea and coffee.

I first emailed Integra for a quote, and they responded with an estimate, which was the same after measuring. The lovely office staff arranged for the door to be measured the next day. The door was installed in five weeks, and it is incredibly nice, tidy, and of excellent quality. They did a terrific job installing it. They were here for about 2.5 hours, and they were fantastic! Overall, they provided excellent service, and I would use them again. Thank you to everybody who participated!

Great windows are provided. I'm very confident that Integra employs its own staff and does not use other contractors. Our men performed a fantastic job. Very thoughtful about keeping the interior of the house clean and the areas around the windows secure from harm, both inside and outside. Quite a difficult task with this cement-roofed building.

Since they opened, I have used Integra Windows and their Doors a lot. Excellent service from beginning to end. The windows came when they were supposed to. However,the door took a bit longer to arrive since I wanted a different color. I also booked an installation service from Integra, so they were all fitted by professionals. Very welcoming and helpful crew.

I recently had a new Bifold door installed, and the service was exceptional from when I chose my door until they installed it. The door has elevated my house's look and made it seem cozier and safer. The door looked top quality. Once more, many thanks to teaming Integra at Prestons!
