Do you value your time? If not then come here where you can always wait around for the staff who never seem to be present. Good luck getting your hubbed package fromDHL seems they're never staffed

Was told to leave by a very professional and diplomatic staff member after coming across as a security issue due to the incompetence of someone I was slave to.Whilst it sucked at the time, she would be an asset to any company.

Good storage location, 24 hour access, (Pier Street, Perth Branch) and cheap compared to other places I got a quote from.I would advise checking out the storage space before you hire. We had to upgrade on arrival as the space quoted was way too small for what I needed to store. There is also one trolley and no trailer hire facility.Will use National Storage again if I need storage space.

Not 24 hour access, exit roller door not working and no way to get out as keypad 3 feet above my head. Moving truck unable to get out as roller door not working at exit so dramas reversing. Rates increased to ridiculously high rare and no.longer offers 10% discount when you pay 6 months. Do not recommend.

Was shown some of the storage areas by a young lady in the office. She was super helpful and friendly. Also purchased some boxes and she helped bring them out to the car. Great facility and great service. Only comment is the prices are a bit high compared to the more suburban facilities.
