Amazing! Can I just say I have had the best experience with Choices Flooring. FromNatalie helping me pick my carpet, carpet installation and to Jef installing my plantation shutters. The plantation shutters were also reasonable priced which I was so surprised. Nevertheless, everything was done perfectly. It’s rare to get a business and trust a business to do things properly. From the start Lincoln was friendly and very easy to communicate with. He helped us find exactly the carpet we wanted (a good green carpet is a tricky ask!) a brand which at the time was not even domestically available - he made it happen. And with all the delays with building and orders over 2021/22- nothing was too difficult to handle. We would recommend him and Choices overall, any day of the week.

We had a great experience with Choices Flooring, and with Fiona in particular. We had a time crunch for a home we were moving into, and wanted flooring done prior to moving. Fiona flawlessly executed a measure and quote, install and a late addition all within our small time frame. Pricing was competitive and we were happy with the total cost. It was a big job, taking the installers a few days, however they were wonderful and had a great attention to detail - even calling to confirm my preference for which way flooring would be laid. Some years ago I used Fletchers to carpet my entire house. I came back to them this month, when I decided to change some of my carpeting as part of a house renovation, because of the pricing and service I received the first time around. I was delighted to find that after the intervening years, they were STILL the best choice, not only because of their pricing, but because ALL their staff members are polite, knowledgeable and obliging. Professional service and quality carpets that look amazing in our home. The carpet layers were very efficient and even put our furniture back in place and vacuumed on completion. We would definitely recommend seeing Lincoln and his team if you want he best.
