Both of my boys (7yo & 9yo) had a great haircut from Allie. Not only did she do a perfect haircut to them both, she also has amazing customer service to the boys and I. She went above the normal service in hairdressing with the understanding of kids and boys. Highly suggest and we will be back.

Excellent experience at this salon. Dani did a beautiful job of curling my hair for a function I attended recently. Would highly recommend this salon.

The ladies who all did my hair were very nice and customer friendly, however. they left the bleach on my head for too long, even after i had said it was really irritating. One of the ladies who did my hair had long fake nails that kept getting my hair caught under them and ripping them out. Days after my appointment, my scalp was still sore and sensitive and i actually noticed a small bald patch from where the bleach had stayed in for too long. When my hair was wet and my scalp was sensitive, there was no sympathy from the ladies working there, because they then brushed my wet hair starting from the top and ripping it down to the bottom, causing my hair to break and fall out. After all the pain i endured. my hair was unevenly toned causing my roots to be yellow, and my ends to be white. I would think that after this experience i would have at least been offered a discount on the overall price. However, this was not offered and i had to pay FULL PRICE ($160). The elder lady Barb also treated me with a lack of respect a customer.

Walked in and was eventually greeted by a male significantly lacking the concept of 'customer service'. My internal monologue did an Emmys speech when I realised he would not be cutting my hair! I was not offered a tea, coffee or even a water but my hair was for once, cut straight!Could definitely take it or leave it.

Very friendly staff, comfortable, drinks offered anytime. Easy to book and staff are well experienced.

Crystal did a lovely blow wave - not easy to achieve with my fine hair. Well done x

Attempted to style for a wedding, but unfortunately they did not have the skill or experience to do so. Four of us went in, none of us happy with result. Went home washed out and styled myself.

I had a really rough morning and came in 20 minutes late to my appointment, but all of the staff were very understanding and tried their very best to fit me in for a haircut anyway. Incredibly kind, excellent customer service and I learned a few new things about hair care and styling. Thank you so much!
