Darren from Essential Plumbing Solutions was absolutely fabulous. We had a plumbing emergency (drain blockage) and we contacted Darren after hours and he came out first thing the very next morning to unblock our pipes. He was friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating especially during the extremely wet weather. After clearing the blockage he then used his camera to check our pipes and find out what was the cause of the blockage. He was able to tell us the exact issue (cracked pipe due to tree roots) and then came back to do repairs so that we would not have the same issue again in the future. We couldn’t be happier with Darren’s service and attention to detail. We would highly recommend Darren at Essential Plumbing Solutions and will most definitely be using them again in the future.
