Shoutout to Raz at westpoint Ssangyong, his approach to sales was calm and relatable. I was able to test drive a musso and keep it overnight, which cemented my intention to buy one! They're amazingly underrated.While I experienced delays due to a mixture of slow finance and a public holiday, Raz took it upon himself to champion and push for me to take delivery as soon as possible.Additionally, there was a promise of delivery with a full tank of fuel and floor mats, I got the mats and only 1/2 tank of fuel, but Raz was there to ensure I got a $150 fuel voucher!

The service I received from Razvan the sales manager at Westpoint Indooroopilly anything but professional! Not only did he not he loose our business but he also belittled his junior staff member in front of us. We were prepared to point pen to paper on the day with cash to dispurse. We are now searching other dealerships for our needs.
