Amazing. Great design's, and a builder that can actually deliver. I've built before and been left frustrated with the build and the process. Into Place have done what I didn't believe possible :)

I feel very fortunate that I was recommended by a friend to chat with the team at Intoplace when I was looking for a townhouse builder for our narrow lot in Beeliar. The whole experience to date has been really smooth. The workmanship and trades have been quality, they communicate frequently and best of all the build has progressed swiftly with no lengthy delays. We've found the building process really enjoyable. We are so appreciative of all the hard work and care that has gone into building our beautiful townhouse and we can’t wait to move in!

We are at the construction stage, and the journey has been great and worry free. I have explored various builders before deciding to go with a house and land package with IntoPlace.IntoPlace was selected based on their creative design and high quality standard inclusions, we did not really have to go for “upgrade” options. In comparison to other building companies, IntoPlace had the best price, in-addition we did not face any price increases.The pre-start meeting was a really nice experience, the team had all the time and patience with no pressure to decide from their side, and they were very helpful throughout the meeting.IntoPlace have been transparent with us, with no hidden fees, many thanks to the team at IntoPlace for their homely and friendly service.
