Dissapointing customer service. I arrived for my appointment on time, was checked in and asked to wait. After aboit 5 minutes I was asked to move to another seat. Another 5 minutes later 2 more staff members arrived. One of them asked my name, which I answered and I heard nothing further from them. Eventually I was seen 15min late, this was not acknowleded, let alone apologies for. I advised the person doing my brows that I had another appointment booked after this one and asked if there was time to do my service given that they were running late. I was told yes and she proceeded to rush through my brows, not even asking me what I wanted. I am dissapointed with the result but especially the service. It is pretty basic stuff to acknowlegde a person waiting and apologise for the delay. Not happy and would not recommend.

Lisa is a lovely lady who is always professional and caring. She does a fantastic job with tinting and waxing my brows. I’m a very happy customer.

Had my eyebrow waxing and tinting done by Saja at Benefits @ Myer Chatswood. Very satisfied with the results as Saja was very tentative, gentle, patient and passionate with her work. She would listen and understand what are the customers needs. Her skill is exceptionally well and the entire process was painless. Love the shape and color of my brow, a happy customer I am! This was my 2nd time returning to Saja. The tinting generally lasted longer. She really did an amazing job. Highly recommend Saja if you are looking for a professional brow specialist.
