I have been a member for many years now and the gym gets worse as the years go by.It's not as good as it once used to be. The toilets, locker rooms, sauna and showers are all disgusting with a smell of sewage. Have told the staff multiple times but nothing has been done in months. The music is terrible, it is impossible to train without headphones and even then the music is so loud that you can still hear it through whatever you're listening to.

I use this facility when I am in Sydney on business (stay next door at Novotel) and it is awesome. Well equiped with friendly staff. Extra bonus is the fairly priced (and tasty) iced protein shakes from the supp bar.

This is an honest review,Recently had a dispute,talked it over with the desk lady she apologised,Very professional and understanding,I feel like it’s the first step to resolution.There’s a lot that goes on in a busy gym that I probably would not understand,But this made my day.Guys this is a great gym to build confidence, esteem and the staff and the people who attend are awesome!Friendly environment.

It's very nice gym. All equipment are very good. This is biggest and open gym around this are I love it

Best gym in the city. Have been to many gyms but the facilities, space, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the quality of gym equipment is great.Love my gym

Very new facilities during my visit in November 2022. Lots of training areas, huge gym. There is newer equipment that has rep counter and timers if you're into that. Pool doesnt seem to be in the same building, but looks to be in adjacent complex. Seems pretty quiet on a saturday when i went.
