Useless, first time I visited after covid, will never come back here, just because of this red rooster motels and shops lost another customer as I will never stop in here again,Service, well there was no service I didn't know if the person at the counter was ready to take order or not, just standing there and ignoring us, get your act together get off the social media and get some peoples skills...Also food was so bad I got rid off it, I had quarter chicken and chips, chicken was so so and chips they looked like they came from the yesterday's shift, cold and dry.Teach your staff how to greet people and the food (do something about it before someone will get sick)

While it tends to take a little longer to get your food than say, KFC, the food is always fantastic and hot. Their spicy hot fried chicken is absolutely delicious and not for the faint of heart. It might be the best fried chicken on the market among fast food places.

Incredibly poor service and poor quality of food. Waited almost 20 mins in drive thru for my order which you would expect would be top notch considering the time waiting for it, but unfortunately no it was not. Chips were soggy and were not ‘fresh’. Seemed they had been sitting the entire 20 mins I was in drive thru. Lacking salt. Not enjoyable. The quarter chicken was dry. I don’t understand, they are cooked in essentially ovens using steam- why was it dry? Potentially because the chicken had been sitting cooked all morning and the worst part was the ripper sub. No sauce. There was absolutely no herb Mayo on it at all. Just a joke. The horrendous cabbage and lettuce mix is hard enough but no sauce at all? Come on Red Rooster!

Waited 25 minutes for “fast food”. When understaffed, it would be courteous to give customers a heads up prior to taking orders, but head office wouldn’t want that. Poor staff…

Laughable now but at the time I was incredulous.Just another understaffed fast food joint, this one with an attention deficit operator…waited forever for service…finally ordered a fried chicken deal…”sorry we have no fried chicken…or you can have some if you wait 40 minutes”!!!!Cmon RR…are you for freaking real?!?!DO BETTER!NO STARS FOR YOU

The service was amazing, Sonya was super attentive and was super kind, friendly and sweet. She continuously updated us on our food. Thanks for making our experience better Sonya:D

Typical Red rooster, appalling wait times while the store is quiet, don't get me started on the one time I went while it was busy. Poor staff look miserable so I imagine management is to blame. Additionally the store is tiny so that doesn't help them. I always go drive thru because inside the store is usually pretty gross, but the food is always passable.

Otw back to Wollongong from Snowy Mountain I suggested the group to eat here abt 1.30-2pm. I ordered Fried Chickens & Tea because the wind was cold so I need a hot drink but I got cofee rather than tea so my friends said to tell the staff to get replaced by tea so I told her & she said to wait she would fix it up but then I was waiting so long until the groups finish there & would like to continue driving so I called her again & said pls we had to go, all I need is my tea but she just ignored me & serviced others. Because the groups already had to go I couldn't wait too long anymore so finally I had to give up without drink & lost my money for tea that I didn't get it.I was soo disappointed the way she ignored me. RR already wrong gave my order & not even said sorry + ignored me to replace with my tea. It's not even 5 minutes to make that tea. I don't want to suggest anyone anymore to go back to that RR coz of very bad service.
