The last time I came to this store I had a positive experience. This time, not so much. I told the lady cutting my hair that I only wanted a little bit off the fringe to take it just above my glasses because I enjoyed having a long fringe but wanted it out of my eyes. She ended up cutting my fringe almost to my hairline, taking a huge chunk out before I could tell her not to. She asked me if I styled my hair to the left" and when I said I did

My sister in law and I were visiting from Sydney and needed our hair washed and blow dried last minute. Popped in and saw Narika and Bev, who were able to fit us in almost on the spot. Had a great experience with both hair dressers, and if I lived up here would definitely be going back!

The lady was friendly and great with my son. However the haircut was terrible! My son looks like he has a bad bowl cut. I said I just wanted a tidy up trim for him and she cut so much off, particularly around the ears, it looks really weird. Seemed like she'd never cut hair before, very disappointed. Definitely won't be back.

Nice, simple, quick haircuts - I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my haircut, and it's over just as quickly. Haircuts are well priced, and they do a good job. You don't feel as though they're trying to sell you anything - if you want just a haircut, that's what you get, no questions asked. This is my regular hairdresser now. Good with the kids too.

The lady who cut my hair was lovely and did a great job. However there was another staff member in the salon who was saying that she was angry about her pay and was swearing and carrying on. It was really awkward for the lovely lady cutting my hair and very unprofessional.

Generally I've had a good experience here, But the last couple of times I've been in, I had Leanna as the person cutting my hair.......NOT happy Jan.....she spoke down to me, very rude and disrespectful, when challenged her how much she was cutting, got very defensive, I even had a photo prior, one side is shorter than the other, (un like the photo) I noticed she spoke to a 'new be' staff quite rudely. She needs to be 're-trained' in customer service / people skills!

Wow, go in at 3.42pm for a simple buzz cut and won't do. Why have your doors open and trading hours listed when you don't follow them. Done me a favour I guess, never the best hair cut there anyway. Won't bother ever again.
