Their knowledge and pricing is unbeatable.They saved me a heap of money in assisting with good advice to do a lot of the maintenance and overhaul of my cleaning system myself which was very easy with their step by step instruction. Rude phone service and staff couldn’t care less about helping. Spoke to another pool shop on the phone and they were more than helpful. Would never go back to this place

Terrible online service. If you can't do good e-commerce, don't promote yourself as if you can.Ordered a part 16 Dec 2021. Part was in stock.No correspondence. Rang the number after a week - which rang out. Not too stressed, it was xmas period with Covid delays, so I waited.Lodged PayPal dispute 20 Jan 2022 to get my funds back. No reply from epools (AKA: Just Pools and Spas). Got an automated email 02 Feb 2022 telling me the item was on its way. Cool. I will just keep waiting patiently then.Again, if e-commerce isn't your thing, that's fine, just don't pretend otherwise at the expense of other peoples money.Edit: 08 Feb 2022. Item arrived. Disappointed it took PayPal intervention, but transaction finalised. Item was well packaged. Thankyou.
